Spay Panama's Animals YES, is an all volunteer 501 (c) 3 non-profit animal welfare
organization created to prevent overpopulation of companion animals through spaying and
neutering. Many of Panama's animals suffer and die on the streets due to starvation,
exposure, diseases, and automobile accidents. SPAYes has assumed a leadership role in
advocating spaying and neutering in order to help prevent the slaughter of unwanted,
homeless dogs and cats. On occasion, medical assistance is provided to those individuals who
could not otherwise afford to care for their pets. All funding for SPAYes programs come from
donations and fund raising activities.

| Because of your donation, this sweet girl received an emergency spay. Dr. Isis, one of our volunteer veterinarians, performed this spay. She noted that her uterus was very inflamed and infected. If she did not receive help within the week, she would have died of complications. |
